Positioning of equivalent reinforcement on a cross section:
Horizontal reinforcement positioning
During calculation horizontal positioning of reinforcement is not important for 2D-Frame and 2D-Grillage projects. It's only relevant in case of 3D-Frame.
Vertical reinforcement positioning
Reinforcement definition for FNL calculation may be restricted by Technical modules No. 126, 127, 128 - in this case FNL calculation will be disabled
