Prestress

Concrete Prestress code check can be performed in case:

  1. Concrete code check is possible;
  2. Concrete settings -> Prefab prestress + Top layer -> Prestress checkmark is on;
  3. Concrete cross check -> Prestress tab grid table values are defined.

Regular way structural member prestress reinforcement properties could be defined by describing the reinforcement layers, while using the channel plates (Waardo), standard reinforcement set could be applied at once by choosing standard reinforcement patterns – Patroon's.

Prestress reinforcement properties for the prestress code check should be defined in the Concrete cross section check -> Prestress grid and can be edited by changing it in the Concrete cross section check -> Prestress bar pos grid. Concrete cross section check -> Prestress bar pos grid contains editable data set defined for each reinforcement bar separately. Quantity of the reinforcement bars is affected by the slab openings, if any defined.

For the entire structural member prestress codecheck results are presented in the Concrete cross section check -> Prestress grid.  In details prestress codecheck results are presented in the Concrete cross section check -> Prestress Results grid and the tooltips appears on Prestress and/or Concrete check grid cells. Concrete cross section check -> Prestress Results grid is representing code check information for the unique reinforcement assemblage set, where all the prestress reinforcement properties for the reinforcement bars are similar.

Generation of the initial and acting prestress loads and the prestress code check calculation is starting on press of Generate prestress button. Button pressing action regenerates initial and acting prestress load cases and related load combination factors. Edited by user loads combination factors not belong to the initial and/acting prestress load cases by re-generation remains unchanged.
