Azimuth-Elevation transformation
- Azimuth is the counterclockwise angle in the X-Y plane measured in degrees or radians from the positive Z-axis.
- Elevation is the elevation angle in degrees or radians from the X-Y plane.
- Azimuth – Elevation transformation of an object is representing sequential azimuth -> elevation rotation as vector described by the begin – end coordinates.
- Spatial (3D) azimuth – elevation transformation also has a free rotation angle measured in degrees or radians from the positive local X’-axis.
